Delicias
Las Delicias is one of the seven neighbourhoods that make up the Arganzuela district in Madrid, valued for its strategic location and strong cultural identity. It borders Palos de Moguer, Atocha, Legazpi, La Chopera and Las Acacias, providing excellent connections with other established areas of the city.
The neighbourhood is home to several landmark buildings, including the former El Águila brewery, now housing the Joaquín Leguina Regional Library and the Regional Archive of Madrid, and the historic Delicias Station, which hosts the Railway Museum, a branch of the National Museum of Science and Technology and the Planetarium. This architectural and cultural heritage enhances Las Delicias as a distinctive urban area with growing residential appeal.
