Sant Josep de Sa Talaia
Sant Josep de Sa Talaia in Ibicenco or Catalan, in the southwest of the island, boasts some of the most coveted beaches as well as fabulous historical and modern cultural attractions, including hippy markets. In the village of Sant Josep itself, most of the houses preserve the typical "pagesa” architecture and have views, as the village is the highest above sea level and has the most kilometres of coastline - 84 kilometres to be exact. A visit to Cala d'Hort is a must, with views of Es Vedrà and Es Vedranell, and so is to Cala Conta, Sa Caleta and the sandy beach of Port des Torrent.
