Terramelar
Terramelar is a residential area within the municipality of Paterna, located in the metropolitan area of Valencia, known for its planned urban layout and predominantly calm environment. It comprises 29 residential buildings and 15 blocks of single-family homes, a mix that supports moderate density, quality of life, and stable real estate demand. Its name comes from the Valencian terra d’ametlers (“land of almond trees”), referring to the area’s former agricultural use and providing historical identity to the neighborhood. Terramelar borders Lloma Llarga to the north, Valencia’s Trade Fair grounds to the south, Burjassot to the east, and the Paterna military base to the west, offering good connectivity to Valencia city while remaining clearly separated from more congested areas. These factors explain its appeal to buyers seeking a consolidated, well-connected residential setting with long-term stability in Valencia’s premium real estate market.
