Villamartín has established itself as one of the most recognised residential areas in the south of the province of Alicante, largely due to the development of its golf course, which has been in operation for more than fifty years and has played a defining role in shaping the area’s urban layout and landscape. Direct road connections to the N-332 and the AP-7 motorway provide efficient access to the rest of the Costa Blanca and the region’s main airports, reinforcing Villamartín’s position within the upper mid-range and premium residential property market.
