Vallada
The municipality of Vallada is located in the La Costera region, 76 kilometres from Valencia, and benefits from good accessibility via the A-35 motorway, which links the inland areas with the coastal corridor, as well as local roads connecting it to Mogente, Onteniente and Ayelo de Malferit. This transport network supports daily mobility and enhances its residential appeal.
The natural setting is shaped by the Cáñoles River and its open valley, which structures the territory and has historically influenced settlement patterns and agricultural use. The valley is bordered to the south by the Serra Grossa, with a Pre-Betic orientation, and to the north by the Serra de Enguera, creating a balanced landscape of elevated terrain and flatter areas. Elevation within the municipality ranges from 903 metres in the southern area to 220 metres along the riverbanks, while the town centre sits at 291 metres above sea level, contributing to a mild climate and high environmental quality.
