S'Arracó
S’Arracó is a small village within the municipality of Andratx, located in the southwest of Mallorca, known for its strong residential character and well-preserved natural surroundings. It is a quiet, low-density area that nevertheless offers essential everyday services such as local shops, restaurants and a pharmacy, allowing for a comfortable lifestyle while retaining a village atmosphere.
In recent years, its appeal has increased thanks to improved road infrastructure, providing easy access to Palma via the motorway and to nearby areas of outstanding natural value. Notably, Sant Elm serves as the gateway to the Sa Dragonera Natural Park. This balance of tranquillity, basic services and good connectivity explains the growing interest in S’Arracó as a residential choice for those seeking a slower pace of life, close to nature, without giving up proximity to the main hubs of southwest Mallorca.
