Nueva España

The neighborhood of Nueva España, located in the district of Chamartín, in the north of Madrid, is bordered to the north by the street of Mateo Inurria, Platerías , Caídos de la División Azul Streets  and the Sagrado Corazón slope; to the east, by the avenue of the Peace; to the south, by the bridge and the street of Costa Rica and the avenue of Alberto Alcocer; and, to the west, by the Paseo de la Castellana. At its northwest end is the busy Plaza de Castilla and, at its southwest end, the Plaza de Cuzco. Given its location next to the M-30 motorway, the area offers easy access by car, as well as a great public transport network.
